A new competitive Trials season begins with the Scorta Outfit as its reward, plus exclusive red and blue variants for top-ranked Raiders and extra cosmetics including a backpack, charm, attachment, and emote.
Trials Season 5, "Prove Your Mettle," resets ARC Raiders' weekly competitive ladder with a new rotation of challenges. Trials is the game's ranked layer: each week hands you a set of scored objectives, and your best result climbs you through the rank ladder.
How Trials scoring works
Each week you're given a handful of challenges, each with score thresholds. Clearing higher thresholds earns more points, points move you up the divisions, and the ladder resets on the weekly cadence. Only your best score per challenge counts, so a single strong run matters more than grinding.

Our leaderboard page breaks down the fourteen-rank structure and how divisions work. Standings themselves aren't published by Embark, so we document the system rather than invent a board of nobody.
How the ladder actually works
Every Monday hands out five scored challenges. Each one pays a random Uncommon, Rare, or Epic item or blueprint at 1,000, 2,000, and 3,000 points — claimed automatically on extract, once per tier per week. Your best score per challenge also feeds the ranked ladder: divisions of one hundred Raiders climbing fourteen rungs, with the Scorta outfit line as the season's headline rewards.
Week one's rotation leans melee and heavy ammo: Raider Tool kills on small ARCs, a single-Trailblazer damage check, Android searches on Stella Montis, Spaceport container sweeps, and heavy-ammo ARC damage. Our Trials page breaks down the per-action scoring for each.
